Submission Status not updating, receiving subs at random from Fedex 1 1

Hi,

I have multiple submissions out currently. Several were economy submissions that have been in "Scheduled for Grading" for over a month. Fedex delivered CGC2310452556 to me 2 days ago. Its still in "Scheduled for Grading" on the website.

Is the website broken? I received a text from Fedex that a package requiring signature will be here tomorrow (09/21). I have no idea what sub that is. The website displaying inaccurate information makes being present to sign for the submission challenging. Any ideas whats happening?

Thank you for reaching out to us. We recently updated our system, and some submissions may not display on the main tracking page because they were entered into our old system. If you are tracking your submission online and do not see it, or it appears to be 'stuck," be sure to use the legacy tracking page. The submission should appear there with the most up-to-date status.
