PGM Ghostly Weird Stories 120 with the nightmarish L.B. Cole Cover - Copy A 1 1

Thank you in advance for any and all feedback. I love this book and was shocked to see how much a copy sold for recently (and I'm definitely on the hunt for a nice copy if anyone has one, hint, hint) but I feel lucky to have these two. So, without further ado...

Copy A looks pretty sweet, save for a sticker pull on the lower right corner in the word "Monster".

is there a tear in the lower left? Hard to guess on a tape pull, it's one of the things with a wide range of possibilities. By the CGC book, the supposed lower limit is 4.0. Given the age of the book, it might not get hit quite as hard as something that was a couple of decades newer. I'll guess 5.0/5.5 (I have a bronze age with a similar sized pull on the back, it's a 7.0). Cool book, except for the Hitler stamp ad. Weird that it would be a money making operation just a few years after WWII ended. Seems like you can get the same collection for a few bucks on ebay 7 decades later. I guess inflation hasn't hit that kind of memorabilia yet
