How do I start getting information about comic books found in basement

Both spider-man books will need further investigation to see if there is a red/black spiderweb stamp inside the back cover (from his old website... the spiders web). A large number of books like this were sold, given away, or otherwise distributed for charity I think when SM#1 came out. I believe these also came with a COA from the website but not sure. As for value; I am unsure how much a raw authentic Todd signature would go for.

The Disney book is from 1991 IIRC and is a Russian reprint bagged as "first Russian appearance" it isn't particularly valuable but interesting.

Edit:

As the two spider-man books have an un-witnessed signature, CGC will not authenticate it and it will have a green label if sent for grading. I would not recommend grading any of these unless there was 9.8 pre-screen and used the "other" company to authenticate the autograph. The Russian Micky seems to be common on ebay and has recently sold for $5-$10.
