Help: Likely to be graded as an error? 1 1

Hello!

I am wondering if someone could help me clarify if this card would receive an error grading? 

It is a 2002 Japanese Split Earth Crystal Golem Unlimited print. On the back lower right corner there is a clearly visible section of missing ink. I am torn weather this is damage or an ink obstruction error. To me it is clear that section of gold ink is missing, and there is no visible damage to the card (Check google drive link below for more detail shots of the card).

Unfortunately, we can not confirm from photos if a card would receive an error designation. These cards would need to be sent through our service for our graders to review. I am sorry for the inconvenience.
