Hulk 104 and 105 Pedigree question

Does anyone know if either of these 2 books are part of any pedigree collection? If so, (and I am assuming they are) which ones? Any helping hands on how to track down either or both of them?

I'd imagine they are a part of pretty much every collection that covers Marvel's Silver age. Sometimes they just all get buried in collections.

Arex, there are slabbed sales of #104 from Oakland (9.8), Northland (9.4) and Winnipeg (9.4) and #105 White Mountain (9.4) and Winnipeg (9.0) but i'm sure there are others...
