How much is this detective comics 27 page worth? 1 1

Does anyone have any idea how much this page is worth?

Tough one to price. 

Its not from the batman story,  so it won't go as high as those. The same page is for sale on Ebay for $3500, but I'm not sure he'll actually realize that. 

I found some non-bat pages that sold at Hawkes in the $500 range 3 years ago. 

So without doing a ton of research,  I'll say $750 - $1000.

I've got a better answer... I didn't think to use GPA for a single page.

A 10th page sold for $1560 in May and $1050 in 2021.

$1500 is probably a good estimate.

I think the S+S logo might add some value. I'd put a premium on an average pages price, but I have no idea what is worth. I've never dealt with single pages.

It's one of the two most important comics in history.  Most of us will never have a chance to own a complete copy.

Agreed.

Though, personally, I wouldn't pay $500 or $1,500 etc. for it.   Not that it's not worth it, it just wouldn't be worth it to me.

But yeah...Det 27, Batman 1, Action 1...all legendary books whose pages are very desirable.
