Hello,

 

I have a couple of SS 7’s that I would like to get pressed for a shot at a better score. How can I do it? Is it even possible? I’d like to retain the SS gold label. The FAQ says it can be done but I’m lost with the execution.

The process to resubmit already encapsulated books for a press and regrade is almost exactly the same as submitting a raw book to us through these services. Please be sure, however, to select the "Resubmitting?" button on the submission form when entering this book's information. This is the only difference.  This will allow our team to process these submissions of encapsulated books into the system quicker. Let us know if you have any other questions!
