PGM X-Men #98 Sliced 2 2

X-men 98, looks good till you look close.  Cut on back through most of the book,
I have no experience grading this.  Lil help please.
Doesn't go to cover, but almost.

My need some cleaning, but wanting feedback first.

Same as a tear. Max 4.0 for a slice/tear that long

There you have it...but I wonder how low it goes ? ....The book looks really good but a slice like that .....hard to believe it could come back a 4.0 ...but I don't know.

No.  This list of defects that can be "overlooked" via a Qualified Grade is actually rather small.  "Razor cut thru covers and most pages" is absolutely, positively NOT on that list.
