Scuff question. 0

Hey Everyone, Looking at a book and its pretty cool, but has this odd scuff. Anyone know if this is some kind of production flaw? The book looks like a solid 9.0 without it and just trying to gauge how much this would impact the grade. Has anyone had any experience with similar defects? It just has a production look about to me for some reason as there is a line running perpendicular to it. It looks much worse in the picture with flash than it does in hand but i wanted to show the details. Thanks in advance!!

I would factor the scuff as a defect in grading, that thin black line is likely production.

That would be counted as a defect, not production related.
