When Are Signature Series Submissions Charged 1 1

Hi,

I submitted a number of SS submissions for signing. Would my credit card have been charged once the books are received or after they have been signed?

Some of these were a number of months back, so hard to check.

Thank you for reaching out to us. Payment is processed once the books have been received and have completed the intake process. During the intake process, our receiving team conducts an inventory of your submission and other administrative tasks necessary to process your submission. When the intake process is complete, your submissions will appear on the online submission tracking page, and payment will be processed shortly after. 

One way to see any unpaid submissions is to use the "update credit card" tool. Unpaid submissions will be listed here, but paid submissions will not: https://www.cgccomics.com/account/my-submissions/update-payment/. This tool will only list submissions that have completed the intake process.

Good Afternoon CGC,

I submitted a book for the Neil Gaiman in-house signing.  The status states "at CCS" for pressing, but appears to have been there for some time.  Pressing would add to the turnaround time, but is there any additional update.
