Fantastic Four Golden Record, OR is it?? HELP! 0

This was on a Whatnot Stream last night.  They said it is clearly is a Golden Record reprint but they have never seen the Number 1 with the 6664 under it. 

I have scoured the internet and can't find another one like it.   Has anyone seen this or have an explanation for it?     They said the price was colored in purple.

That looks hand-painted in several areas.

Not sure what it is, but the Golden Record didn't have a price on it IIRC.  Never seen anything with numbers below the issue number either.

The GRR books had no number or price.

"The GRR can be really hard to distinguish from the original comics. There are, however, certain tell-tale signs that give them away. First, there is no cover price on the GRR. Also, in general the back cover, as well as the inside covers, promoted the Golden Record LP series instead of BB Guns or Atlas body building ads."

Was there any interior or back cover pics of this book?  It's not the record reprint unless the price, 6664, and #1 were added.
