VF, no better; off-white pages.  The top page edge of the front shows a horizontal edge bend that very lightly breaks the ink.  The upper right corner of the book looks like a production miss-cut due to the misaligned wrap of the whole comic.

Dennis the Menace Giant #23 (In Hollywood). This TPB (Summer 1964) is a collection of reprints from earlier Dennis the Menace works.

GD+, or better; tan to cream pages.  It is intact and very readable, but the main issues are the right spine paper at the bottom (the spine covering was pretty thin back then), the first two wraps detached from the staples (both sides), but held on by the cover, as well as the chunks missing on the back left edge.  This comic is better than a reader, IMO.

Dennis the Menace Giant #35 (Christmas Special).  This trade paperback (Winter 1965) features multiple comic strips, with a few reprints of Christmas cartoons.

VG, or better; off-white pages, with some very light tanning on the top of some pages.  This book is in better condition than the one listed above.  The spine is intact, but the first wrap has popped out of the top staple...front only.  There is creasing and wear along the spine on the front.  Any other defects are evident in the scans.

The Destructor #1, Atlas Comics/Seaboard Periodicals.  This comic features the 1st appearance, and origin, of The Destructor.  Steve Ditko is credited with partial pencil work in this issue.

VG/FN, or better; off-white pages.  The comic is structurally sound, but the scans show bad things.  There's plenty of ink wear on the front, especially along the spine, soiling and a few cleanable stains on the back, as well as some creases near the corners that lightly break ink.  There is a very mild spine roll.  I believe this comic will grade higher after a solid clean and press.

Detective Comics #343.  Elongated Man makes an appearance in this issue, which also contains an excerpt from a 1869 Massachusetts Board of Health document.

VG-, or better; cream to off-white pages.  The comic is intact...nothing missing.  It would benefit from a cleaning, but I don't think a press will do much. The scans show noticeable defects.

Detective Comics #404, classic Neal Adams cover.  This issue features a tribute to Enemy ace, along with an appearance by Batgirl.

I'm trying to unload this raw copy because I'm on the hunt for a higher grade slabbed copy, which I almost had a deal for one recently.  The deal fell through. 

FN+, or better; off-white pages.  The scans speak for themselves.  It's a pretty solid comic book.

Doctor Solar, Man of the Atom #15, George Wilson painted cover.  This issue retells the origin of Doctor Solar.

FR, or better; off-white pages.  The scans tell the story.  The back scan doesn't completely show the tears from the bottom left corner edges (left and bottom of corner).  These tears are about 2 to 3 inches from meeting and separating from the page.  There is a decent spine roll as well.
