PGM Bloodstone 4

Hello, I would love it if you could grade my bloodstone 4.  It looks like there is a tick on the spine with no color loss and on the back right there is a little missing color.  I was going to send this in if you think it is a 9.6 or better.  Would also like to know if you would recommend a press on it.

A lot of modern books feel like a "roll of the dice" when hoping for the 9.8.

Personally, I think the "feathering" on the spine (the white "flecks" up and down - not just at the bottom) are too much of a risk to hope for a 9.8.

"Usually," the "feathering" is considered a production defect, but I have seen some books nailed for it.  To the point where I don't even really know if this book lands in the 9.0 and up range.  It "should" be a 9.2 to 9.6, but it could be worse.
