Accurate turnaround times?

Greetings,

The CGC home page states that current turnaround times for High Value books is 10 days.  I'm pretty sure this has been the listed time since at least June of this year.  I've had a high value book in the "Scheduled for Grading" status since July.  Should I be concerned?
