Re-grading an incapsulated comic book 1 1

I had a comic book graded and incapsulated years ago. it came back at a lower grade than expected. I'm sure many can feel this way. i accepted this. however, ive seen comic books in much worse shape come back graded higher. several comic book experts have told me that there might of been an error. i want to resubmit the book to get cracked, cleaned, pressed and re-graded. Is this possible ?
