If I submit a magazine in it's original wrapping, never been opened, is there a chance it might be graded at a 9.9 or 10.

There is a possibility of this however we suggest removing these magazines from their original wrapping before submitting them so you can review the book directly and find any potential defects that were hidden or caused by those plastic wraps. I hope this helps!
