Pre-Screening

If I send in some books to be pre-screened, how are books handled if they don't meet the pre-screening requirement? For example, if I send in three books to be pre-screened for 9.8, what happens if two books meet the criteria and the other book does not? I know that I would have to pay a $9 rejection fee for the one book, but is the rejected book sent back immediately, which means more shipping charges? Or is just kept with the other two books, but just not graded?

Great question! The rejected books are kept with the rest of the submission through encapsulation and on to shipping. This way the customer does not receive any additional shipping fees and all their order will be returned to them at the same time. I hope this helps! Let us know if you have any other questions.
