Grade of ASM 121 With Back Cover Issues 1 1

What potential grade would you give to this ASM 121? I know it has a lot of issues on the back cover (ink transfer, rusted staples, etc), even though the front cover looks great. I assume it's going to cause it to be lower/mid grade, but not sure.

What are your thoughts?
