Would CGC Grade Animation Cels 1 1

Is it possible to get Animation Cels graded / Yellow Labeled? 

With cartoon voice actors and creators going to be at mega-con I would be interested in getting a few of the animation cels that I own signed, witnessed, and graded at mega-con - will CGC Grade them/slab/witness them?
