Hi...

I bought this off eBay about 8 years ago.  I have always been a Hulk fan and read the Trimpe Hulk in Marvel Super Heroes reprints as a kid.

The bottom corner has a little bit of an issue on the back cover.  And seems a bit dirty with a little bit of a shadow on the bottom back cover. Nice gloss.

When I bought this from eBay, seller had it labeled "VF" - so it seems to be in the correct range... 7.5 - 9.0 with your estimates.
