Can custom labels get additional points? 0

Would it be possible to introduce point values for custom labels?
Thus making collecting / having custom labels added value to the CGC registry.
Then increased points for retired labels...?

Probably not a real good time to inquire about this in the middle of the Reholder Scam which included custom labels.

The Registry programming wouldn't be able to support this.

IMO custom labels are just a personal preference and the registry scoring should be reflective of the book, not the case or the label. Some of the custom labels are cool but I much prefer the consistent look of the standard labels, especially when putting together a run. It would be disappointing and wouldn't make much sense if custom labels were given a points advantage.

@JamesGGray The Registry programming would never be able to support any additional point value for Custom labels, but as far as points go what you've outlined regarding scoring is accurate: scores are reflective of the book itself. Custom labels do contribute to presentation though.
