How to become/apply for a CGC Dealer account 1 1

I would love to find out how to become a CGC dealer account, what are the steps to take for this process? We have searched the internet for the answer for this question and it seems no one has the answer. We are genuinely interested in being a dealer account. Please let us know, thanks in advance.
