APDallas
I have an amazing Spider-Man king size special #6 with a double cover. It is not attached to the comic. How would CGC grade this book? Get Marwood & I
That's nice You could try posting it here, AP: https://boards.cgccomics.com/topic/28424-celebrate-the-double-covers/?do=findComment&comment=12762765 The specific post that the hyper link takes you to, and the resulting discussion, gives an indication as to CGC's policy. cosmic-spider-man
If it is a real double cover CGC will grade it blue label and they will state that the outer cover is not attached on the label. Like Get Marwood & I said check out the Double Cover thread in general and you will find some examples like this one. Also if it real I might be interested in it, if you are looking to sell. joeypost
Since square bound books have the cover glued to them, the second cover would just float loosely over the inner cover. CGC will note it as just a double cover. The Lions Den
