I think the only discounts for the membership itself is upon renewal, or using the auto-pay option.

But for higher tier memberships, you get $150 fee credits to use.

And of course there is the free membership available.

The only time they discount memberships are during November for Black Friday/Cyber Monday/Christmas and those are usually only for the lowest teir membership and you cannot get the discount if you are already a member.

Double checking their announcements I don't think they did that this year as they had 10/10 Day back in October:
