from that comic and gained a lifelong passion for comics, reading, and Richie Rich!   :cloud9:

Well said!

I was discussing with the wife about this, and it occurred to me that I also read  a lot of richie rich and I still am a fan to this day. My observation is that, I don't really remember any one particular comic book.  I remember situations that richie rich would get into and what not, but there isn't a  cover that stands out or a story line that blew my mind. I know all of the characters and settings, but I  can't say "issue 6 was a banger!" I think one thing about richie rich and Casper too, another one I really enjoyed, was the sort of generic presentation of the characters.  I liked that I could miss an issue and it was no big deal.  I suppose that may be why there aren't many collectors for these.

I bought this off the shelf as a kid and put a rocket stamp on it when I got home from the corner drug store.

Nothing like starting with one of the classics.

Years ago I reached out to Jose Delbo's art rep to inquire about buying some pages and they were already sold. The rep said Brute Force pages were surprisingly desired by OA collectors.

I can believe it.

It’s the kind of book that might be appreciated by someone with a sense of humour. Interesting, ridiculous concept.

I’d have gone for it.
