PGM: Weird Fantasy No.15(3)

Getting ready to put up for sale to the group. Very nice looking copy, has couple dog ears lower right front cover and one piece of tape inside front cover. Here's my stab at the grade, because of tape 4.0? Thanks for comments!

Not unless he has someone do it. If this is a key, he or she might want to have the issue fully restored.

Can you have tape repair in 4.5 or only up to 4.0?

there can be a small and unobtrusive piece of tape on that book in 4.5. It doesnt even look like the tape is covering up a tear, from the inside of the book anyways...

I will go 3.5--BUT only because I HATE INK and DATE STAMPS on covers

The writting in W hurts..but still a very nice looking cover
