I just came across this book at a local small con today.  I never knew a gold one existed as I normally usually see the red ink cover occasionally.  Usually I can find some kind of sales data or information on eBay or the web somewhere, but the only thing I found was a picture on MCS.  Anyone know anything about this book?  I'm curious about the print run, whether this was a rare incentive or any previous sales if anyone knows.
