Another "Stone Cold Classic"

Peeping Tom by Jack Woodford Novel Library No. 6   1948    $45  SOLD to mstrange

Iconic peephole cover. My cover art crazy friends and I have been trying to figure out who "RB" is forever since he did several iconic Avons around this early time but no one knows :(

Fine. Tight and solid with great color. Spine has slant and some stressing but covers are smooth with light bends, mostly on the back.

"Fridge Magnet" level cover by Rudolph Belarski. Not rare due to many printings but in grade it's a desirable thing everyone needs :)

VF minus.  Square tight and glossy. Light edgewear, tiny corner bend on back lower left but not much else to report

Early Brown title when the mighty Barye Philips was painting covers. A sweet one here.

Fine Plus. Tight and glossy. Spine has slight slant. Covers smooth with only a little edgewear. Has a code on spine. I'm showing this one for reference but several have them so I will mention them but not take photos, they don't detract the cover art.

Fright by George Hopley (Pseudonym of Cornell Woolrich)   Popular Library 424   1952     Rare 1st PB   $65  SOLD to goldust40

Super tough 1st pb of this novel from the noir master. Also one of Belarski's last covers for Popular Library and one of his best imho.

Fine/Fine plus.  Tight and glossy, has slight slant. Has a few light creases and surface wear,  a well presenting piece overall.

PLUGGED IN Jay Martin Berkley Medallion Z2246  1st Print 1972    $45  SOLD @30% off to GrasshopperFF

Rock n Roll circa 1972, dig the bell bottoms  :cloud9:  One of McGinnis' rarest (and grooviest!) covers. Love the Gibson SG! Tough in any condition.

Very Fine minus (Qualified VF?) Super sharp square and glossy, appears unread. Whites are a bit toned, more towards the spine. Very thin stain mark at spine edges, weird because there's no other moisture artifact. Structurally amazing.

Lucked into another copy. Credited to Maguire in Warren but looks more like Harry Barton to me. Full length Good Girl cover art

VF Minus     Super square and glossy. Tanning to inside cover, light crease on back cover that doesn't break color. Very nice looking.

Moody McGinnis girl, real sweet.

Fine Plus. Square tight and glossy. Light code on spine. Light edgewear, surface wear and some rubbing to the black cover. Tide line on inside cover but no rippling or any sign of moisture. A nice looking copy overall.
