Sharp book! The stain on the bottom left back sucks. Without it, I have this at 9.0..but that stain will knock it down...7.5 or so?

7.0, maybe a grade higher.

A stain that size should max out at 7.0 or lower, but it might get a key bump to 7.5.

My grade is 7.0-8.0, depending on if the graders had lunch yet (and what they had). 

Hearing word that CGC is in negotiations with Chipotle catering. I'd wait until late in the year to send the book for the best results.
