Hi

 

I sent in some foreign books to be graded and one was rejected. I did want it to be 2.5 or better - I thought it was about a 5 but it is also thick. How do I determine why it was rejected ?

There are no graders notes nor an explanation on the website.

Thanks for your patience! This book was rejected from our services because of its size. If we had encapsulated this copy it would have been damaged by the encapsulation process. When this occurs the grading fee is credited to your account. I have just processed a refund for that reject fee that was credited since this was rejected for a different reason. This will be back on your card in the next 3-5 business days. Sorry for the confusion!
