Hi CGC,

Hope all is well! I was wondering if I can get an update on my orders. I see that my 3 orders are in a “scheduled for grading” status and still haven’t see it moved to grading status. Is it possible to get an update on this. I’m just eager to receive my cards back. I’m sure you guys are very busy and may need some extra time to properly grade the cards which I’m ok with. I do thank you for your help and look forward to hearing from you.

Thanks for contacting us! Each of these three submissions is still in line for grading. You can find our current estimated turnaround times for these submissions HERE. Your two Oldest submissions are nearing the end of this timeline so you should see an update on these very soon. As for the newest submission, this still has a bit to go for its estimated turnaround time. Rest assured once these make it to the front of the line you will see those statuses change pretty quickly. Thanks for your patience.

Hi Matt,

I appreciate you updating me on this status! I finally received a portion of my slabs last week. I did have a question on order #CGC9560614194. I had paid for Economy grading a 20 business day turnaround but status is still showing “schedule for grading”and now it’s over 20 days. Any possible way you can check to see if there is a delay and how long that might be. Only reason I ask is because my business I just started relies heavily on this. Thank again for your assistance and hope to hear back from you soon.
