4.0-4.5 IMO. Spine stuff is pretty bad, but the pages are light cream, so that may grab a 4.5.

Looks like a 4.0 Cream-OW to me. It really needs a clean and press by the way. A clean might bump it to 4.5 for eye appeal and get rid of some of the wrinkles surrounding the spine. The back is very grimy and the front could use a little bit of brightening as well.
