King Comics #1 Interior Content 1 1

Hey all, doing some research on the contents of King Comics #1.  I am familiar with the info posted on the GCD, but it is incomplete and I have not been able to find actual scans of the interior content.  Anyone know where they can be found or have a raw copy and willing to provide some scans or pics?

King #1 was on my list for a long time. I had a couple chances to be your white knight here, but alas.
I never caught a copy.
