Guess the qualifying grade on Avengers 4 1 1

Hi everyone, 

Picked up this Avengers 4 CGC .5 over the weekend.  It is the best presentation of a .5 that I have seen and I couldn't pass it up for the price. I was wondering what this book might be graded as a green label qualified grade? Grader notes are as follows:

moderate staining to cover
small tape pull bottom of front cover

Trick question.    Overlooking the missing page, I'd call this a 3.0 GD/VG -- too beat to warrant a Qualified Grade.

True. CGC guide clearly states that the book with a missing page has to be 3.5 or higher to receive a qualified grade. Way too much going on to get that high. If this wasn't Avengers 4, I would not expect it to go over 2.5. 3.0 takes into account all anecdotal key bumps.
