Hopefully my photos are better for this request.  Definitely looking with different eyes now and see what looked great isn't so much!   Hopefully pressing will take care of the binding alignment and the writing dents on the cover.

Any insight is greatly appreciated!

Slight stacking curl, color breaking vertical reading crease along top of spine, moderate to severe spine roll, creasing and indentations along front cover, horizonal creases along spine of rear cover, moderately frayed lower left corner of rear cover.

The spine roll and creases prevent this book from grading higher, IMO...FN- 5.5

VF 8.0 - An unnoticeable 1/4" crease is acceptable if color is not broken. Spine is almost completely flat

FN/VF 7.0 - Minor cover wear beginning to show, possibly including minor creases. The slightest spine roll may be present

FN 6.0 - Minor cover wear apparent, with minor to moderate creases.  A minor spine roll is allowed.

VG/FN 5.0 - Minor to moderate cover wear apparent, with minor to moderate creases and/or dimples. A minor to moderate spine roll is allowed

VG 4.0 - . Moderate spine roll may be present

Even with all the small flaws shown, I think it's a 6.0 - could get 7.0 with a good press.

Thanks for your feedback.  It will definitely be pressed if I send it in.  Also need to work on my photo lighting since I think the reading crease may be light reflection (I'll look again when I take it out later)

Teetering on what might be attributed to manufacturing quality & defects. Maybe 7.5, but a grade above or below wouldn't be shocking.

Around a 7.0. C&P for maybe 2 grades higher.
