Overall nice, stain at bottom is worst flaw, obviously.

1)Do the water stains go thru to the interior pages?

2)On the rear cover by the outer edge next to "Kathleen", is that a scratch, crease or tear?

Other than blunted corners, color breaking creases at lower right corner, fold/crease along lower outer edge, minor spine wear with a couple of small color breaking spine tick, minor to moderate discoloration/staining on rear cover, and of course the moderate to severe water stains on the rear cover.

IMO, the book without water stains is in the FN+ 6.5 to FN/VF 7.0 range, with the water stains, VG/FN 5.0 to FN- 5.5?

Possibly someone with the CGC grading guide can tell us how much of a hit books with staining like this will take, AFAIK, if the stain can be removed it would get a Purple Restored Label.

Stains do go through pages. 

It's a printers crease, I believe.
