RockMyAmadeus
So, the title was the best comic...single...you have ever read. That would have to be Swamp Thing #21, The Anatomy Lesson. There are so, so, so many contenders. But having to pick just one...that would have to be it. Greatest single issue comic book ever created. Jeffro.
I don't know about best but one of the most fun might be Avengers Annual 10 Epic Avengers battle issue with the Brotherhood of Evil Mutants Imo, one of the best Avengers lineups ever First appearance of Rogue (who after permanently stealing Ms Marvel's powers goes on to drain several Avengers effectively turning her into Superwoman (albeit temporarily) Killer Mike Golden art The only blemish is the less than stellar Milgrom cover oakman29
drakesfuture1
There are definitely many on this list I would agree are great stories and worthy additions. I could name comic stories I love all day long of course. I am going to choose an Uncle Scrooge the Phantom of Notre Duck. I don't remember the actual issue number or anything and don't currently own this one. My mother bought me the comic in the check out aisle of a grocery store and I read it a half dozen times before we were ever home. The basics of the story has Scrooge and his nephews hunting the phantom around the Cathedral of Notre Duck. Well, many years later, when I was standing in the actual Cathedral of Notre Dame, that story came rushing back to me and, well, to put it simply....it was pretty cool. H0RR0RSH0W
GI Joe yearbook #2 is a book I have read over and over and over again. Love it. Only book that I have read nearly as much is GI Joe # 60. So yearbook#2 = #1.
