Do you guys think a press would help this? Its flat, minus the back as you can see.  With or without think this would pull a 9.0? Its very vibrant, and the few flaws I catch are quite minuscule.

As it stands, it’s probably in the 8.0 range (more 8.5) but with a proper press this book is so eye appealing I don’t see it getting any lower than 9.0 for sure. Awesome book!

Both staples are on the back cover.  That's a reason for the back cover being wavy to the moisture or an improper storage.

Of course, the pressing will make it a superb copy.  It looks a promising 9.0 at least.

I'm at 8.0 with 8.5 only slightly possible if the waves are pressed out of the bc, but also you see the scratch near the top left corner of the CC stamp? Then besides the spine stress there's dirt most visible in the flesh tones, that has to be completely cleaned if possible.

I don't think it can see 9.0. Slight spine roll and staple tearing. If it were P&C and got 8.0 I think that's acceptable.

The more I look at this book the more I am leaning on it being at least cleaned in the past. An attempt may have been made to press it that failed miserably.
