Incorrect labels, debris inside holder in recent submission. 1 1

Hi CGC - 

Opened a submission return from late April (out of state residence due to work), and noticed a couple minor issues. Two of the slabs' labels are swapped/incorrect, jersey/patch variations of the same card. Another card appears to have some debris trapped inside of the slab- looks like pencil shavings or possibly fibers from the patch on the card, although not sure I've seen a patch shed like this. Lastly, I noticed one card rattles significantly inside of its slab despite having another copy of the card slabbed in what appears to be the next size down with much less movement. I had this same issue once in a previous sub, and upon resubmitting the same card, it was slabbed appropriately. Because this new one is a 10, I would prefer to not crack the slab myself. 

Otherwise, no major issues. Would just like an opportunity to get these (minor) issues fixed. No major complaints with CGC and still overall very pleased with the grading.
