Maybe 7.0 cleaned since there's a little discount on square bounds for some of the wear like the tiny amount of splitting. A regular 2-staple book is more like 5.5/6.0 in this condition.

So your book has three main flaws

1) The crease or rub along the spine running down

2) The small chip/tear at bottom of spine

3) The yellowish staining or foxing back edge of bottom cover

Now, I have seen a CGC 8.0 with the first two flaws (one for sale right now with a similar rub and bottom of the spine chip) however I don't see any yellowish staining or whatever on that copy. I would think 7.0-7.5 is then a reasonable starting point for this book grade wise. CGC tends to forgive some aspects of these squarebounds.
