There are some spine ticks on this book and I think there is a small color breaking. Will a press remove the non-color breaking ticks and with only 1 color breaking, will it still receive a 9.8 ?

A press will improve this, I don't see any chance that it gets to 9.8. 9.4 is my max, I'd expect more like 9.0/9.2 post-press.

8.5 IMHO I think a press will improve this book slightly.
