CGC Reholder not showing up in database? 1 1

Just had a CGC slab reholder service for a Pristine 10 card. It finished and it marked as shipped today. But I can’t view the card or cert, it just says not in database? The cert number it’s showing for my order is: 1401035716001

Any idea what’s going on with this?

Hi @NuM_Brrr_WoN,

Thank you for reaching out. To be able to view this on the certification page you would need to use the original certification number. When items come back for a reholder or mechanical error they get a "secondary" certification number. The updates happen on the original certification number and the "Secondary" one stays blank or shows minimum information.
