I don't have a back cover scan because I'm kinda afraid to handle it more.  I think you can see the pieces on the left and bottom.  Pages are BRITTLE, something very common in this run.  PM with questions, of course.

No I don't - sorry my friend. 

I've got over 400 LB Cole books that he did covers and / or interiors for and not even I have been able to score one of those just yet.  I'd be happy with a coverless copy (about the only book I can think of that I would go that low on) just for the Cole insides.

Sorry my friend, but I don't.  Note tho - mention which one!  I assume you are talking about the spider cover (or non-cover in this case) but there were 2 STT #11's!  This is the other one (currently NFS, although if I can upgrade it it will be!)
