Unfortunately not, the current iteration of these are only 5-7 seconds; there are professional versions that can remember prompts and "continue" with previous imagery but those are like 20K+ programs (still have tons of AI issues) and not accessible to the internet plebeians.

This still need about 5 years to bake before a decent 30min short film can be generated from unedited prompts.
