I don't understand the situation (Ebay) 6 6

The seller has over 33,000 positive feedback ratings in the last 12 months, and only five negative ratings during the same time.  That says a lot about them as a vendor/dealer.  If you feel they treated you wrong then move on.  It's not a rare book.  If the book continues to get bids, it may be cheaper to just get a lower grade copy and then remove the cover since that's what your looking for.

Yes I knew sometimes prices are going weird with coverless... and I already passed on great Silver keys several times, these books are not so rare so I don't really understand how the prices can be on fire like they are, I'm much more focused on GA since I collect coverless, just give me the feeling to have more for my money.

I know Qualitycomix are a great comic seller and I will not avoid to buy to them a next time but I just was a bit deceived by the communication on it.

As a seller, and even someone who provides a service, there are certain red flags that are easily identifiable. Every now and then I have been proven wrong, but most of the time when I have a feeling about a certain customer, it turns out to be true as they tend to be problematic. Over the years, it hasn’t happened many times, but there are some that I have simply asked to send their business elsewhere because in the end, it’s just not worth it.

I'm not really sure to understand what so you mean but I guess it's a personal attack on me. You have to know that I already asked many questions to this sellers on other items and we always had a good communication so there was absolutely no "signal" or something... more of that my ebay account is 100% positive!

It would seem to be a personal attack, but something happens organically when an individual cries wolf too many times. I would make a simple suggestion to you if you want to make friends here and enjoy the community. The suggestion is to think twice or even a third time before posting something on the boards. Brent is a good friend to many and has been a stellar seller here, at shows and on eBay for decades. If a personal attack is made on him via social media or a forum, whose side do you think people will take?

Again, as I said many times I was not questioning the legitimacy of this seller.

Quality Comics was responsible for exposing Jason Ewert for his micro-trimming and Doug Schmo for being a POS , before news of his disbarment for ripping off elderly clients. 

Of course, the hobby being what it is, the guy who messed with comics is long gone, while the scumbag who ripped off seniors is welcomed at forum dinners and basketball games.

Why are you asking so many questions? I've bought thousands of items off eBay and asked questions on perhaps one percent of them.  The seller had 33,000 transactions last year.

I really feel bad for ya brother. I realize there is a serious language barrier and I would assume others know this too by now. I don't think you're accusing anyone of foul play and you made that quite clear. I don't know the seller, nor do I care, but if anyone claims his messages weren't confusing they're just wrong. For him to claim an item was relisted as BIN when it wasn't, only to see a number of bids on the auction once you found it, I understand was frustrating. But, it looks like he's a pretty busy guy so I'm guessing there was just some confusion on his end when he answered. Innocent and harmless in the long run. 

Pretty sure you know he wasn't trying to scam you, just poor communication.  I think maybe the approach in the opening statements in your posts could be toned down a little. I know you ran into this in the other forum too.

You've previously mentioned some struggles in your life and you're also pretty new to the comic collecting community, so maybe others just can't see past the language. Would be nice if they could.

I'm rooting for you. I hope online forums don't ruin this for ya.

1. List book for sale

2. Take it down.  Bait potential buyer into messaging you on eBay

3. Relist as an auction, rake in the profits when disgruntled buyer gives you free advertising by posting about it on the Boards
