Hi to everybody! This week I'm very happy because I have purchased my first page by my favorite artist of all times, from his legendary run on Amazing Spider-Man.

His name... Todd McFarlane! His skills... extraordinary! The page... a great example!

Hi all --

As some of you know, I collect George Perez pages from a small number of Fantastic Four issues (167, 170-172, 176-178) with Joe Sinnott inks. Just got a new one -- enjoy!

Thanks,

Dan

Not my favourite story from Michelinie/McFarlane, but this page is awesome!

A stellar week for me:

1. a very well rendered Pussycat page with a coffee drinking robot blowing a

gasket over the ever curvaceous Pussycat- Kudos to Anthony Snyder!

2. AND, most important art day of several years (to me) I got a page of Marvel

Team Up #11. This is the 16th page I've picked up in the last 13 years. This was

the FIRST Marvel Comic I ever had as a kid, and I know each and every panel by

heart. Spidey and the Inhumans!

if anyone knows the whereabouts of the 3 pages i"m missing PLEASE let me know!

One sold at the HA live auction in SD in 2003 and disappeared. One sold on ebay

in 1998 and wasn't properly labeled as a MTU page, but as a Spectacular page.

The page one splash I've never seen. If I could put one book back together in

my whole life, it would be this one!

but wait....there's one more thing:

I just got this gem of a page, one that I had coveted for a loooong time:

I consider this one of pivotal story arcs in the Avengers as they began to hit

there stride in the late 60's with John Buscema's pencils. The first encounter

with Ultron, planting the seeds of Hank Pym's schizophrenic transformation into

Yellow Jacket, the coming of The Vision, and many other classics. George Klein's

lucious inks really set the bar for Palmer later in the run.

Many thanks to the indefatigable Mike Burkey! A page I will cherish always.
