Got to see my bday presents today... some pages from Badger. The pages from Hexbreaker are the first ones that I own where I get a wierd feeling looking at them, just feels bizarre to actually hold them. Loved that book so much as a kid that I had to buy a second copy after re-reading the first one quite a few times. Bill was super easy to deal with and even sent me an unexpected print (thumbs u , can't sing his praises enough. Badger fans are probably a dying breed now...

Badger fan here! Congrats on the pages!

Yay! TYVM

@Jerry. :applause:

How underrated is The Sixth Gun? Was surprised to see so little of it on CAF. From what I have been told only the OA to #1 & #2 was brought to cons for quite a while.

It's a real solid, fun read and the artwork is tight and great to get lost in. I loved all the different scenery - its like you are getting the storyboards to a great action film.

That was no fluff, btw...I really am a big BADGER fan from way back. Been looking for a nice early cover for years and feel very lucky to have found this one:

Nearly 35 years ago, my first piece of original comic art was a Murphy Anderson Planet Comics page. I'm not sure why it's taken so long to add another Fiction House page (or two), but I finally have.

I'm especially psyched about the Baker, having been the underbidder on the killer splash in the last HA auction. I wanted something that smacked of classic Baker cheesecake, and this Glory Forbes page does just that:

Ingels has also been on the short list since I sold my EC page back in the 80s. Not Ghastly, but cool and funky, nonetheless:

Here is a taste. Let me know what you all think? I love his painterly and nervous style:

Thanks! I wanted one of his splash pages, but he has yet to offer any from Batman Inc. Maybe he'll show up at SDCC in 2013 and I can grab one then. He no-showed this year...

Pro-tip - just put the art in a spoiler, OR delete the images from the quote

Yep. If I'm referring to a post from a few pages back I'll keep the art in it so folks know what I'm talking about, otherwise I try to remember to remove the IMG tag.

This was my first choice for a page from this book, extremely pleased to have it, and thanks again to those involved in helping me get it. Brian Hurtt does a great job on it. It's all worked out on the page, he doesn't do interior prelims. *boggles*

Will be dipping back into these waters one more time in the near future.
