There are a lot of issues with it but I think I'd still like to grade it and put it up for display. There are what look like punctures on the bottom of several of the inner pages (see picture with red arrows) - is that something that would have happened during the printing process? The holes you are referring to on the inner pages are gripper tears and do not have an effect on the grade of your book.
