A sketch by Speigelman for MAUS sold for about $500 eBay in December. Here's the link:

5 pages of pre-MAUS Spiegelman art from Real Pulp #1 sold for $7,475 in last May's Heritage auction. I'm not too sure I've ever seen any Maus pages for sale though.

what a great page...!!!

Spielgman art/legacy is beyond the "pretty pics"...his inner message is so deeply linked to his style/vision, that he's more "than just" a good artist, more of a great storyteller (visually and written).

There was a massive art show here in Vancouver in 2008 that had quite a few Maus originals on display. I took some pics with my camera phone since cameras werent allowed. ill see if i can dig them up.
