One of the reason I like to collect the run is the Greasemonkey Griffin stories as done by Al Walker. Whoever takes over once Walker's run is done is nowhere near as imaginative. Lots of early work of some artists as well: Colan, Keller, Cardy, Elias, etc ..

I just sold my Wings run to Gator. There is some really great art in there, really great! :applause:

 

I like the Wings series but more for the planes than the good girl art. Walker's art is especially nice and the stories are creative.

 

By the way, did you see the ads for Tin Tin? There is big money (and names)behind filming an adventure strip with no costume superheroes.
